straight to scheduling for any Well Visit or to
reschedule an appointment.

Sick visits still need to go through the Triage

Kaiser HMO Patients
Starting October 1, 2010 all of our Kaiser HMO
patients will be required to use Kaiser
facilities exclusively. We will be able to see
Kaiser Multi Choice patients without
interruption. We regret not being able to
continue to provide care for our Kaiser HMO
patients as we have for many years. This change
reflects a business model change within the
Kaiser Foundation. Please contact our
Triage Department for a records release.
