Our billing department will file your insurance claims with all participating plans. If we are not on your particular plan, we will provide you with a statement so you may file your claim. It will be your responsibility to file for secondary insurance.
If there is a dispute with your insurance company, once the bill has been filed, we will attempt to resolve the dispute for you. However, if your insurance has not paid your claim within 90 days, the balance will be transferred to you for resolution.
Please remember, your insurance policy is a contract between you and the insurance company; therefore, the balance is your responsibility. Please refer to our Office Policy on Managed Care Insurers for more information.
